Such a cute hidden gem in Sunset Park! I randomly stopped by MD Fried Chicken and ended up falling in love with this place. The food is so flavorful — the tteokbokki was perfectly spicy and comforting, and the chicken rice bowl had that rich, addictive flavor that makes you want to keep digging in. Portions are generous too! The packaging is adorable (literally obsessed with their little yellow mascot ), and the staff was super sweet and quick. Everything came out fresh and hot. If you’re in the mood for Korean-style comfort food, quick bites, or just want something tasty while walking around Sunset Park, this spot is definitely worth trying. I’ll 100% be back!

Finally stopped by this Korean fried chicken spot in 8 Av, Brooklyn. What makes MD Fried Chicken unique from the other kfc spots is definitely their no.1 bestseller — the 700mm long Chicken Party Box!! The party box includes wings, nuggets, drumsticks (they’re HUGE), fries, tater tots and fried tteokbokki. The snow cheese fried chicken burger was delicious. I brought their food to my Christmas party and it won approvals from my fam. My favorite flavors were snow cheese and soy garlic. Worth to mention all their fried chicken are made to order. The wait is around 20-30 minutes. They are currently running some Grand opening promotions. You can get a FREE boba if you spend over $25, and a FREE plushie if you spend over $38 and leave a review.

Chicken is made-to-order so is freshly fried! They say it takes 30 mins, but it def took less than that. We got the soy garlic drumstick combo (5 drumsticks) and the swicy (spicy & sweet) wings combo (10 wings) and it was enough to fill 3 of us. Was good and filling!

MD Fried Chicken is hands down one of the best spots for fried chicken in Brooklyn! The chicken is always crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. The soy garlic and spicy flavors are my favorites—perfect balance of sweet, savory, and heat. The “1-meter chicken party box” is a must-try if you’re sharing with friends or family. The service is friendly, and the restaurant has a chill, welcoming vibe. Whether you’re dining in or ordering delivery, the quality is consistently top-notch. Ordered 60 pieces at a birthday party and it was the biggest hit. Folks had a few to be polite and then started eating them up fast. Order and extra 40+ and they were also gone as fast as they arrived. Chicken wings and Drums were super fresh. The sandwiches are delicious. Store opened earlier for my larger than normal order and was accommodating. The fries were a nice hit too but folks focused on the chicken and left none for take away. I gave a 5star for atmosphere but the place is mostly for take away. Theres a few seating inside but not really meant for dine in. Still 5 stars for the atmosphere bc the chicken makes up for it.
